The Philippine education system look for the achievement of excellent undergraduates in the fundamental and supplementary level. The government asserts that with the implementation of such program, the situation of unemployment in the country will be resolved. In as much as career in the Philippines is concerned, the K12 education also responds to the fact that many countries on the globe already have the same plan inside their educational institutions. With this, the criteria of these countries go a notch higher than what the country has, as a result, creating a great expansion inside the global competency.

The K-12 Program covers Kindergarten and 12 years of basic education Six many years of Primary Education, Four a lot of Junior Senior high school, and Two years of Senior High School (SHS) to supply sufficient moment for mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and put together graduates to get tertiary education, middle-level expertise development, job, and entrepreneurship. The K-12 implement in order that the students can get sufficient instructional a chance to do subject-related tasks which makes them more prepared and well-trained on that area of interest. On the other hand, if we remain on this system, Philippine students might continually receive low achievements scores (Isagani Cruz).   Another good reason why we should support K-12 would be that the graduates the program will be more prepared to enter the Work force. As well discovered, High school graduates of the current curriculum are not yet employable for the reason that they are not yet proficient and well-equipped with the abilities needed in the workplaces. In addition , most high school graduates are not yet reaching the legal age of 18. With the new curriculum, Senior High school learners can choose a field that they are good at and that they are curious about. as a result, they are equipped that the skills necessary for a specific task even with away a college degree. At the age of 18, the age when they graduate from High school, they will be employed and competitive already. Thus, adding up to the nation's time (Isagani Johnson, 2010).   The implementation with the K-12 plan in the Thailand Basic Education Curriculum is the key to our place's development. Though the government can face a large number of problems in the end of the setup of the plan, there really is have to implement it because the improvement of the totality is very urgent and essential. Due to that, one of the discussion posts of DepEd which received last March 2010 is usually to enhance the simple education system of the region in a manner that is usually least troublesome to the current programs, most affordable to government and families, and aligned with international practice through the K-12 policy (Isagani Cruz, 2010).   The poor quality of standard education can be reflected inside the low achievement scores of Philippine students.
